Fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, with post-fermentation skin contact for 15 days.
Harvested by hand in the optimum ripeness.
Pink in colour. Intense aromas with hints of red fruit, reminiscent of forest fruits with a floral backdrop. In the mouth, it is structured and full of character. It enters the mouth very pleasantly, displaying refreshing acidity. It is direct. With retronasal tasting, the wine gives rise to the same fruit aromas which were evident at first on the nose.
Ideal with fresh, crisp salads with goat’s cheese, raspberries and grated apple. It is also good with steamed baby vegetables, with grilled chicken or rice dishes with salt cod or seafood.
