The winemaking warehouse is equipped with controlled fermentation wine tanks of 3000 litres, 5000 litres, 10 000 litres and 20 000 litres in order to optimize the most the vinifications.
In the aging warehouse, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels to satisfy those with a discerning palate.
All the vinification process is monitored from the stump to the bottle thoroughly by a high qualified staff and by the family who always bets for the quality.
