Manual harvest at the perfect point of ripeness. Grapes are selected from the family’s plots of Garnatxa Negre (Grenache Noir) and the grapes displaying the best characteristics for rosé wine are chosen.
Pale salmon color with more intense hues in the rim. Intense aromas of red fruits, delicate floral notes and hints of minerality. In the mouth it is fruity, attractive and fresh. It has a long aftertaste which invites you to drink more and more. It is well-balanced and fresh with great structure.
A versatile wine that pairs perfectly with salads with mild vinaigrettes and pasta or rice dishes made with seafood. It also goes well with shellfish, blue fish such as tuna or sardines, white fish and sushi. You can also pair it with creamy cheeses such as brie or camembert and roasted or grilled meats. Lastly, it goes fabulously with desserts as the sweetness of the dessert contrasts very nicely with the freshness of the wine.
