WINEMAKING PROCESS
Fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, with post-fermentation skin contact for 15 days.

Harvested by hand.
TASTING NOTE
Reddish, cherry colour with purple hints, very lively, with intense, youthful aromas and notes of red fruit on a herbaceous background. In the mouth, it is warm, pleasant and meaty, very expressive, round and balanced. Long finish which lingers on with notes of black fruit on a sweet backdrop, making it very pleasant.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with grilled or roasted meats with baby vegetables. It also pairs well with pan-cooked noodles, stuffed beef cheeks, a pork trotter carpaccio with pine nuts and also lasagna.
