ABV: Alcohol 13 %
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Fermented at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. Aged on its lees for two months with two battonages per week.
HARVEST
Manual harvest at the perfect point of ripeness from selected grapes from old vines of Garnatxa Blanca (White Grenache) which belong to the family.
TASTING NOTE
Pale, bright, clean yellow in colour. Fruity aromas of apple and pineapple with a slight hint of wild fennel. In the mouth it is refined, buttery, with a certain amount of volume which leads to a long and lingering finish and a pleasant taste in the mouth. It is in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Good balance.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with fresh cheese, white fish with baked baby vegetables, rosemary chicken with fish or seafood paella. It is also good with a cream of vegetables or with “al dente” pasta dishes with cheese or wild mushroom sauces.
