TASTING NOTE
Pale, bright yellow colour. Pleasant aromas, fruity notes of apple and pear. When slowly aerated, this wine offers up hints of elegant white flowers. In the mouth it is refreshing, smooth and very well structured in terms of alcohol and acidity, leaving behind a very characteristic finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with fish dishes and white meat, baked with herbs in the oven or even grilled with a dash of extra virgin Arbequina olive oil. It also goes well with creamy rice dishes or with fish and seafood paella.
